Diane uses her skills to help firms  unlock value through strategic client listening and feedback programmes. Applying the results to meaningful and practical coaching and mentoring for teams and individuals. 

Diane is known for her empathetic approach, credibility, and ability to drive positive change by transforming client insights into actionable strategies.

Darren Francis

Darren is a former lawyer who works with law firms – both in the UK and internationally – to lead projects including advising on key client management, revenue generation, and growth.

This includes design and delivery of client listening and relationship-based learning and mentoring programmes for lawyers; developing account management and relationship management strategies; and implementing change to delivery as a result of client feedback.
